My dad gave me WinCleaner OneClick Cleanup for my laptop. I’ve used it before, a long time ago, and I had this problem and I have no idea how I fixed it.
When I go on websites like Facebook, it all comes up in a basic format, everything in standard Times Roman. Any idea why it does this and how to fix this?
i’m using mozilla firefox.
and my google personalized homepage won’t show correctly (like the weather, and my e-mail.)

This is only a guess, but definitely worth a shot as it won’t hurt anything and I’ve seen it fix a plethora of problems. Try deleting your Internet cache and maybe also your cookies. I’m not sure where those are in Firefox, but look for something called Options or Preferences.
Go too:
Tools-> Internet options-> Check for addons that your protection could of modified.
Also check your protection program, you should be able to modify changes that are automatically made, check your system isnt modified further, by going to the protection folder:
Going to My computer->C:-> Im guessing tis on your ‘all programs menu so go on programs files-> Look for protection, look around for areas which hold info and dont edit unless your sure thats an area which could be responsible for the modification that youve told us about.
